I'm a professional volleyball player that was looking for an easy at home cupping system. I LOVE that I can press a button and cup hard to reach places like my traps/shoulders all on my own. I am also fascinated by all the incredible research coming out around red light therapy. Very practical that this combines both those practices, plus a few others, to get the most out of each session. I've found these cuppers really helpful for relieving not only tension around the back/shoulders but also releasing tight areas around my knees/calves. 8 hours a day im seated and i've tried everything to relieve my tension. My lower back, my traps, my hips, even my knees are all super tight and these little cuppers have worked WONDERS for them. They literally pull out the tension in a rhyhtmic way that you cant even get with regular old cupping. Plus it's got this heat feature that calms the muscles down. I just slap them on where i feel tense and a few minutes later i'm loose like a goose haha! I got a bit ahead of myself and started at level 4 suction intensity lol, definitely read the manual/watch the guides, you'll want to start off slow at level 1 with just a few minutes to see how ur skin reacts to it. My husband on the other hand... this man is CHILLING at level 10 for like 15 minutes at a time!! He's been using it for a while tho and has built up to it, plus he is regularly quite tense so he needs it to release all those tight muscles. I've been putting a few on his back since he has a hard time reaching but realistically, you'll be able to cover most of your body by yourself. Overall, I recommend, just take it slow :)

Will it hurt or damage my skin?
With several levels of intensity, you are able to adjust the suction, massage, and heating power of our devices with ease to help you become comfortable with our devices at low levels before progressing.
Starting at a low level is most optimal for beginners and does not hurt or cause permanent skin damage. However, with extended use, you may notice the classic red circle bruises on your skin, this is temporary and indicates the effectiveness of our devices.
These marks will gradually disappear within a few days and they are nothing to worry about! Just be sure to properly sanitize before each session and avoid using on broken skin (cuts, open wounds, etc.).
Can the same device be used on multiple people? Are they easily sanitized?
Since all models feature a removable cup, our devices are easy to sanitize by wiping down or hand washing the cup with your preferred disinfectant.
We also recommend wiping down the centerpiece located on the bottom of our devices with an alcohol-based solution.
That said, our cuppers can be applied to any number of individuals after use, if they are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Are they rechargeable?
Yes! Each device comes with a USB Type-C charging cable and takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge and can last up to 9, 20-minute, therapy sessions while the device is set to its maximum setting!
