ABOUT THE PILL™
The Pill™ is a portable percussion massager designed to help relieve muscle tension, reduce soreness, and support recovery. With adjustable speeds and interchangeable massage heads, it delivers targeted muscle stimulation whenever and wherever you need it.
GETTING STARTED
- Power On
Press and hold the Power Button for 1–2 seconds.
The device will start on Speed Level 1. - Select A Massage Head
Insert your preferred attachment securely into the massage gun. - Choose Your Speed
Press the Power Button to cycle through Speed Levels 1–5.
USING YOUR THE PILL™
- Start Massaging
Place the massage head on the target muscle group.
Move slowly across the area without applying excessive pressure. - Adjust Intensity
Choose from 5 speed levels based on your comfort and recovery needs. - Recommended Usage
Massage each muscle group for approximately 30–60 seconds.
The device automatically shuts off after 10 minutes.

CHARGING
- Recharge The Device
Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port. - Battery Indicator
Green light indicates a full charge. - Battery Life
A full charge provides extended portable use.
CLEANING & STORAGE
- After Each Use
Turn off the device.
Remove and wipe down the massage head. - Store Safely
Keep in a cool, dry location away from heat and moisture. - Long-Term Storage
Recharge before use if stored for more than 3 months.
SAFETY TIPS:
• Use only on soft muscle tissue.
• Do not use on the head, neck, bones, or joints.
• Keep away from water and excessive heat.
• Stop use if discomfort occurs.
• Consult your physician before use if pregnant or under medical care.
