I got a bit ahead of myself and started at level 4 suction intensity lol, definitely read the manual/watch the guides, you'll want to start off slow at level 1 with just a few minutes to see how ur skin reacts to it. My husband on the other hand... this man is CHILLING at level 10 for like 15 minutes at a time!! He's been using it for a while tho and has built up to it, plus he is regularly quite tense so he needs it to release all those tight muscles. I've been putting a few on his back since he has a hard time reaching but realistically, you'll be able to cover most of your body by yourself. Overall, I recommend, just take it slow :)
