All orders are quality checked and processed typically within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders received after 12:00PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Your order may be eligible for Priority Shipping along with an Extended Two-Year Warranty for a small fee. If this option is purchased as an add-on during checkout, we will prioritize processing your order, resulting in a 1 business day or less quality check and processing time. Please note, this is NOT an expedited transit line. If your order is eligible to be expedited, we will provide you the shipping option remarked as DHL FedEx, or UPS express delivery during checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country (this might be the case for delivery to some European countries). Revomadic is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@revomadic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Tracking numbers are sent out to the email that was provided during the order as soon as the order is processed and shipped.
Pre-Orders
If you are purchasing a product that is currently on "pre-order" (as labeled on the product page), then you must take into consideration the estimated "in-stock" date (also denoted on the product page). This date does not include additional processing times which may be up to 1-3 business days following the "in-stock" date. ANY order placed that features a product which is currently on "pre-order" will be subject to the delays denoted on the "pre-order" product page of the item featuring this status. Orders featuring pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests post 24 hours may be subject to partial refunds or rejection of request.
